He used to be able to make passes, but the industrious sort of ones coupled with a few decent long balls. But I'm looking more for someone who can play in creative through balls, especially when we have Vargas and Hazard on the flanks.

Faisal we need another World Class CB next to Chiellini.
And I don't like the idea of Del Piero and Diego rotating. Next coach ,whoever it is, needs to solve 2 main tasks , filling Diego and 2 strikers in the same team which means to find a proper tactics for that (for 4-2-2 either it's gonna be a diamond or forcing Diego as a winger despite it is not his natural position but it's up to coach ,I'm not an expert) and to rebuild the strong team's moral.
