Arda Turan anybody?
Here's a classic Turk post:

He is technically gifted and he has a good character unlike his generation. He is physically weak, he is not too fast but perfect dribbler, he can't shoot with power generally but he has good accuracy. He can play as AMRLC but his natural position is left wing. He is currently captain of Galatasaray and their president want 15-20 million € for him. Arda is loyal to his club so most likely he won't be bitching about leaving and whoever want him should pay that money. There was a discussion in Turkiye about difference between Modric and Arda. Spurs payed around 26 million € for Modric but Arda had no offers like that despite his performance in Euro 2008. at the end, answer was one of them has Croatian passport and other one is Turkish. Croatia produced players like Prosinecki, Suker, Boban. on the other hand %90 of Turkish players who played in europe failed miserably. quality wise, they are not much different.

We can loan him for next 30 years. Then he will return to milan as fully experienced.
:lol2:

Apparently there were scouts from 84 different teams at the game Wednesday, including Juve.

Rumours say the Juve scouts were there for Lukaku.
I fear they were there for Dembele.
A mon avis un nouveau scout de Juventus (what's 'would'?) observe pour Dembélé.

Why do you say nouveau scout?
"Le scout observerait" could work I guess, but I'm not that fluent in French myself. I'd go with something like:

"A mon avis le scout de Juventus était là afin d'observer Dembele."

i was impressed with his play last year, but nowadays he's nowhere near that level. He has an italian passport, which could be seen as an advantage.

Young, interesting CBs playing in Germany:

Jerome Boateng (1.90, 21y, also DR/DL)
Serdar Tasci (1.86, 22y)
Neven Subotic (1.93, 21y)
Benedikt Höwedes (1.87, 22y)
Holger Badstuber (1.90, 21y)
All very good players.

Mario Fernandes being chased by Inter and us. He's a CB who is playing on the right as well. He's tipped as the new Lucio but they also say that this guy is a hotheaded. When he signed for Gremio he basically disappeared for one week.

We're enquiring about Ranocchia & Bonucci...

http://www.football-italia.net/mar5i.html

Genoa President Enrico Preziosi has revealed that Juventus would like to sign Andrea Ranocchia and Leonardo Bonucci this summer.

The two young centre-backs have been revelations this season while on loan at Bari and it's been no secret that a move to one of Italy biggest clubs awaits them both.

Speaking to Il Corriere dello Sport, Preziosi said: “I paid €5m for Ranocchia two years ago when he played in Serie C. Now he plays for Italy.

“Andrea is a defender worthy of a big club.”

Asked if there had been any interest in the 21-year-old who is currently recovering from a serious knee injury, Preziosi said: “Yes, Juventus wanted a valuation. He is forging ahead in his recovery and should be back soon.”

As for Bonucci, who made his Italy debut against Cameroon on Wednesday night, Preziosi revealed that Juventus are also at the front of the queue for him.

Bonucci is part-owned by Inter, although the player is said to favour a move elsewhere after rarely being given a chance at San Siro.

“Juventus are interested, but it's normal. After Nesta and Ranocchia, he is the best around. But we are not a super market. We don't have to sell,” Preziosi concluded

From what I've seen I'd prefer either over Legro & Canna, I'd like to think they could learn alot from Cannavaro's experience.

I'm so excited to read that we are linked with rannochia, bonucci, ribery and higuain! :weee:

Shit, if that became a reality I'd be a happy man. What a 3 man defense that would form and what a offense!

I wonder if diego would be used as a bargaining chip. :shifty:

Afterall, we have giovinco...:snoop:

Was that all sarcasm, or just part of it?

I will eat my monitor if we sign either Higuain or Ribery this year, I'll eat yours if we buy both.

At least our board are looking in the right areas. But what if we get gazumped by Inter who are willing to pay more than we are? Does that mean FUCKO SUCCO? :shifty:

be serious optimus....higuain will stay at real for sure, i'm 100% sure because he's the best striker over there ( i won't count ronaldo because i see him playing as an ss). Now ribery will go for a +35,40 mils ...and we will barely catch ucl...he won't come to us. I'm not sure if diego and buffon won't abandon ship

Ribery injured again. I think we could opt for a cheaper less injury prone choice. Ribery is excellent, he is simply too much injured. I'd rather go for Di Maria and then use the rest of the money to strengthen the rest of the squad.

That being said, I won't be unhappy if he does arrive...
