dude we is not teh Bologna. Calciopoli and this CL exit may have hurt us bad, but Juventus name still has marketing power. our Club still is a big player and that kind of thing can pull you extra financial deals (even a loan)

Get rid of the dead weight that add nothing to the team (Zebina, Sali Poulsen, Tiaga, Potentially Amauri) not only we earn som cash, but they take off a huge stress off our wage budget since these guys earn a insane sum of money for what little they do.

Yeah I am by no means a financial expert, and I don't know all the details. Yeah I know lack of CL hurts us now, but Clubs have been in worse position and have bounced back. No need for peasants here to go into Doomsday mode. We bounced back from Calciopoli. We can bounce back again.

god we really are the new Inter
But Inter's spending was always a knee jerk reaction.

we howver NEED to change the squad. We have alot of wholes to fix since we have many players who are aging and not close to what they once were.

This isn't something that just poped now. We all were discussing this in the summer. We need to start looking for the future past the old guard.

So, how's that Serdar Tasci guy doing? I think now's the time to start looking at dominant young centre-backs considering that backline is a disaster, even moreso without Chiellini.

i think we will spend in the market, if something our club knows its finances, we will have the money whether we spend wisely is a different question.

we need 5 quality players for this team to be restored back to its greatness but unfortunately its not happening anytime soon i reckon

we need a quality goalscorer...our strikers have been pretty shitty in front of goal except trez whose weaknesses in modern football are too evident

we need a whole new defence besides chiellini and maybe, but i doubt it,caceres

and more than ever we need a midfielder who can contribute offensively but yet be able to cover occasionally

the 5 i would dream off are:dzeko, krasic, lahm, subotic and criscito

but those 5 would cost us in excess of 90million euros which could be done if we offload players like molinaro, zebina, tiago and one of our strikers

dont think its that far fetched esp with players like paolucci, almiron, palladino, zalayeta who can be used as bargaining chips or better might find new clubs who would be willing to buy them outright beyond those we currently have in our squad

these 4 say especially with them playing prominent roles for the clubs they are with now could easily give us 15-20 million which would be further boosted by the sales of molinaro, zebina, tiago, maybe poulsen, trezeguet

selling players could easily get us criscito and dzeko at least and then all theyd need is approximately 40 million for two quality players and were done

im aware its way more complicated than this but given how many players we have on our books i dont think its far fetched at all

Lets run through the players so:
Paolucci - do not sell, young player
almiron - 2 million at a strectg
Palladino- eh 5 million (did we not already sell him or fix a price?)
zalayeta - 3 million at a stretch
molinaro - 1.5 million if anybody is stupid enough
zebina - too old to sell
tiago - 7 million
poulsen- needed
Trezeguet - 7.5 million ish

Total: 26 million and that is being very kind. that could pay for Dzeko, leaving at most 30 million for Kjaer,Caceres and Criscito which will just about cover them.

I doubt Trez can fetch 7.5M next summer.

Rumors saying Juve are interested in Juan Mata. Now that would be a quality signing for you guys. In addition to his obvious quality, he is versatile too. He can play upfront and on the wing. So he can alternate between playing a winger in a 4-2-3-1 and playing a second forward in a 4-4-2 diamond.
