There are enough money to buy some great players.
It is broken down into parts to make payments manageable. It is the net amount spent which is important, and that amount will be the same whether it is payed now or in 4 years.
Obviously we can sign more players if we budget their transfers across many years though, but we are still operating within a budget. Structuring deals over many years does not mean it is outside the budget
The majority of our transfers are budgeted this way, and this has never resulted in us spending more, so I don't see y it would start now.
