We need a RB desperately, as Cáceres isn't ours. ( But I think you meant look for others next to Cáceres. ) We should definitely look around for others.

I keep reading Genoa ( Not sure it's Genoa now.. ) are trying for Rafinha for between 8-10m. If that's the case, I'm not sure I'd want to spend more for Cáceres.

We have to keep our eyes open and get busy.

Better than nothing Nick. When I think about his wage of nearly 3 mil per season it seems ok to me, although selling him would be a perfect deal.
It is, but usually with loan deals the club has to pay half the wages. We should look to sell Sissoko or Poulsen then keep which one we don't sell.

I know he wouldn't be as expensive, but I meant to say that since we're spending big to rebuild, I'd rather we'd buy a better player as a starter.

Foggia on the cheap would be a bargain as a squad player, but I think we have our hands full on buying starters. I wouldn't want him as a starter, but he could be a good bench player.

I just want us to focus on some of the best, as starters, before looking at closing deals for players like Candreva or Foggia to build a more complete squad. We'll end up spending too much money and starting them.
Ok, but the thing is, you can't expect to have 11 starters who who are world class players in their respective position, not even Real Madrid have that... In the Lippi days, we used to have a mix of Zidanes and Foggias, and they got the job done...

In our case, the world class signings we need don't have to occupy Foggia's position, but rather Cannavaro's, Iaquinta's, Zebina's, and Grosso's.

Those are exactly the 5 who are most needed, and I'm including Foggia's position. 'World class' is always going to be difficult, but the defenders won't be all that expensive, atleast when you look at the numbers being mentioned for the Kjaers and Rafinhas of this world.

I see your point, I just hope we get proper class, proper talented players on all those positions. What can I say, maybe it's a little optimistic. :D

Who knows, maybe with Secco out of the picture, our optimism could be well justified. ;)

I'm not too sure however Sali should be gone he's not even good for a backup anymore. Sissoko I feel can bring more money than Poulsen and he is not as good as Poulsen.
I'm not a big fan of Poulsen, to be honest, but I do agree about Sali.
The question is also do we need Sissoko while we can't pair him with Melo.

I think the new coach needs to outline what formation were playing first.

If we are to play 4-2-3-1 then do we need. Marchisio,Melo,Sissoko,Poulsen for 2 posisitions? Not really.

Poulsen is a ok player never more never less.. Sissoko in his best form is a great player and in his worse form a very bad player..

Poulsen earns alot in our club and we will never win any titels with him in the starting eleven, why have a player like that on the bench? I rather have Sissoko in the team fighting for a place, because I know that when the black samurai finds his form he will octopus the shit out of every team in the leauge

Sissoko is not a great player. Great players don't pass the ball like a 12 year-old.

He's just a great destroyer, that's it.

I'd put in a Sissoko + 15M Euro bid for De Rossi right now.

Exactly!

But the main question is when will we get our new coach?
I read that Zaccheroni has his contract till the end of June, and that complicates the whole situation, should we sack the guy a month before his contract ends or we need to wait till the very last day of it.
Firts option we need to pay something as a sort of compensation to Zacch and in the 2nd scenario we shouldn't but that would drastically shorten our team rebuilding period, not to mention that almost the whole World Cup will be ended till than.
