“Juventus will sign Kuranyi” What the world has come to, seriously??? We went from having the likes of Zidane, & Davids to Kuranyi, Tiago, & …etc. It’s like dating Megan Fox and then switching to Rosie O'donnell

I would rather sign Kuranyi on a free transfer than piss away our entire transfer budget on Pazzini and be left signing Kuranyi type defenders (ie: average at best).

It is a very average signing, but he is only a backup, and at least we will have money left to improve the defense which is by far our weakest area.

Any1 have a list of strikers whose contracts expire this summer?

My god I can't take this anymore " hey let's get someone that matches the same problem" - board. Trying to save money on the strikers hopefully for Ribery but I can't see that happening. They keep on getting once great semi-meteoker players therefore there would be no solidarity in the team and chemistry is going to be shit.
They go to schalke for Rakitic and Rafinha and come out with another under performing giant. Oh well maybe Kuranyi will pick it up next season.

as a backup? get real he will be a starter... kuranyi arriving means amauri/trez leaving.... iq is injured all the time and dp is not getting younger.... so we either sign another 20 mil striker (pazzini) or use him as a regular....
that said i don't know what is worser having pazzini and kuranyi as a backup or only kurany but him as a regular

Capello and now Kuranyi... man is getting harder and harder to support Juventus these days

:sergio:
fake fan.
It should never be harder to support a club you love, more sad perhaps but your love for it should take you through anything :nerd:

dude, it doesn't matter about IQ being injured all the time. All of our players are injured all the time and so are the ones we sign. Kuranyi would enjoy his fair share of injuries as well.

Maybe he will be our one season wonder like Amauri and score 14 goals for us in his first season. :shifty:

Hold your horses:
These are the strikers we had in 2003:

8 Marco Di Vaio, 23 Ruben Olivera, 10 Alessandro Del Piero, 25 Marcelo Danubio Zalayeta, 17 David Trezeguet, 9 Marcelo Salas

Not all here are fantastic.

There are room for ppl like Kuranyi, but the can't be the heart of our attack. I think this will only happen as a part of freeing up money for a major signing. That I can accept if they pull it off.

Replacing Amauri with this guy and a lot of cash is well worth it imo.
