But Sal, so many here "suggest" that 3 coaches later and not playing time means they clearly aren't good enough.

Not going to name names, but those members need warned. Look, I'd love to have them AND play them, you know my stance on youth. But we don't, and what coach is going to come now knowing what miracles need made and do it using youth?

A coach coming now will think experience is needed, what coach will do that?

What do you see with your own eyes about each of the three players? Granted Immobile and Iago haven't had a lot of time (we all know they starred for us in the Viareggio tournament which just ended), but Giovinco is a player who has made the quality of our play better nearly evert game he's played. Look at the Euro u21 tournament last summer and you see he was above nearly every other player.

A lot of coaches would love to take charge of us don't worry, when they see the talent available here. It's the board having the balls to give them a reasonable amount of money. Look at Inter for example. They have Mourinho who in my opinion is one of the top 3 coaches in world football and they weren't scared of giving him money. Also look at Turkey and Guus. Chelsea and Ancelotti etc. We're scared of going over €1m for a yearly wage.

Different coaches will have different interpretations of our situation. One may have an idea that a blend of experience and youthful energy would create the spark for our team, but so far we've been blessed with Zaccheroni who's ideas aren't really modern. Same with Ranieri. Ferrara was just not cut out to be a coach at a club.

There's a trend in that we go to the coaches who have been around a long time who don't want to take risks. I'm 99% sure that if Deschamps (not an older experienced coach, yet not a young and clueless one) remained the quality of our football would be great and Giovinco would be a massive part of it. Same with Laurent Blanc.

You don't know me very well do you? Yago and immobile may as well be sold because they will never set foot in our starting team. Giovinco because we just don't use him and is a waste of his talent. Melo because we can do better.

Trez because we need to add new blood for the future. Camo is old and injured and amauri is too inconsistent for my liking.

Everyone else should be self-explanatory. Disagree if you would like, but we need heavy reinforcements and replacements.

Juve better be ready to spend this summer.
firstly, we should understand that we can't change every single player from our roster. some of them will stay as squad players. secondly, i don't see us spending more than 60 mil euros. even 60 mil is a big number. we are not man city or real to spend as much as we want.

so before crossing out players and hope for new, let's stick to reality. everybody would prefer essien from momo for example. but there are other places that the problem is much bigger.

so, how do you know that iago and immobile wont manage to be in our first team someday?? giovinco is a waste but under a proper manager he can do great things. as for melo. he hasn't done well but everybody knows that there is quality there.

anyway, let not judge players from their performances right now. the whole team is underachieving. i think that our first need for next year is to get a good coach. someone who has a good eye for talented players and someone who can take 100% out of every player. someone like prandelli would be my first choice...

They mention it on SKY. Gianluca Di Marzio. He had the Poulsen deal right. Earlier this morning a guru talked about a striker in Germany so that was him.

Pazzini and Kuranyi. Leave some bullets in Sab. :scared:
