Caceres is not even a Juve player !! People tend to forget that we're just loaning him here. And for 12 million euros no thanks i'd rather we sign a "real" right back instead.
We can survive with Grosso on the left for one more year, its not the best option but we can't simply buy 3 highly rated defenders all in one summer.

Caceres is good offensively and can improve defensively... I didn't forget he's loaned, so either we have him or buy another RB (depends on the price...Caceres costs 10 mil).
As for Grosso, we don't need to survive...we must start winning from next season.
Grosso can be a back up, but definitely not a starter anymore.

I'd say it's either regista or camo replacement (3 central mids or 2 central mids), but yeah, still lots of spots to fill.

Five new quality players is not quite realistic, unless we sell. Another season with Canna and Amauri/Trezeguet/Iaquinta is not impossible, nor should it stop us from doing well. Those players are not our weakest links.

Surely he didn't mean fielding the whole Primavera team. I'm with Capitano, what could it hurt to try a player like Iago or Rossi on the wing to try out a 4-2-3-1 for a half or something like that?
It's not like the whole team will crumble, because one of the players is younger than the rest, less experienced?
We've always been far too scared to field younger players. And yes.. before we get into the whole 'not all of the youngsters are saviors'-debate, I do realise it's not the almighty fix to all of our problems.

I'm not really against Iago getting a chance (I know some think he flopped or whatever in Bari for some reason), but filling out the team with them when it's avoidable just because they may surprise us is incredibly risky. Look at how many of the players from our Primavera regularly get into top top clubs.
