Apparently, we are after Martin Skrtel, and have approached his agent whether he's available. The agent responded that Skrtel is not for sale at the moment, though, but Liverpool might sell him in the future.

He would certainly be an improvement on both Canna and Legro. But despite being a fan of his (being Slovak myself) I would prefer if we signed a CB with some brains as Giorgio's partner. But if the price is right, we should get him.

skrtel is not a player for juve. he is strong, he is athletic but has not brain in his head. he is better than canna and legro, but he is not the ideal solution for us...

Kolarov and Kjaer will be my two top priority transfers in the summer. Call back Ariaudo as a CB backup.

After those 3 are secured, then I think about a RB, RW or ST.

It all depends upon which coach we end up with in the summer and what formation they want to play. If we continue with the 4-3-1-2 we need a regista, a striker, 2 CBs and a RB possibly Caceres.

Of course not all of these players will be super expensive but I would really like the board to find a quality CM with regista like qualities

I disagree. Defense is the most important part of the team but our back four are constantly exposed to pressure because our midfield can't keep the ball, getting a player who can distribute with class would take pressure off of our defense. Our Fullbacks Grosso and Caceres get caught out when we push up field and lose the ball every time.

Well, if we'll have enough money to buy 1 CB, 1 LB, 1 RB + a regista than there's no argument there. I'm just assuming that we won't have that kind of money (Champions League early exit).

Also a regista is only needed if we intend to play a 4-3-1-2 formation next season. With that argument, I would be glad to give Marchisio that position as I see enough potential on him to be the link up between our defense and attack.

I believe that our wings are being exposed because of the lack of quality we have at that that department, hence the upgrade is definitely needed.
