Out of that video even Moussa Sissoko looks like a real talent. IMO both are worth the risk for any big club.
Arsene Wenger is interested in Hazard, Eden already said that his dream clubs are Real Madrid and Arsenal. Real look like they've got enough attacking talent right now. So if Arsene really wants him, he should move for him before his price gets higher.
Sessegnon is a ridiculously talented dribbler and a very versatile player. He was one of the best midfielders in the Ligue last season, and is having a bright start to the season this term too. Another thing going for him is his versatility. He can play almost anywhere across midfield. For PSG he has played both on the right and on the left, while back in his Le Mans days he was even used as a central midfielder.
But to be honest, i am not sure if he would be able to make the step up to a big team. Definitely would be a risk.

Of course you can compete with us financially. In fact the question should be, can we compete with Juve financially? The Felipe Melo saga says otherwise
As for Sissoko, you guys don't need him at all actually. You're pretty congested in the central mid department. But he is a quality player indeed

Seriously, wouldn't too many dribblers like that be a "tad" dangerous for our team? As in risky....? If he is as good as you are making him out to be and based off what I see on the video (assuming he does that often) then fuck it, lets take a risk for a change. Perfect Camo replacement.
As for the rest: its an easy choice of Kjaer, Criscito and Rafinha with a sexy Dzeko for the attack. BAAM
