It's a team with three DM's and not even one player for the flank. Unless we use the Christmas tree or have Maicon and Dani on the wings it's not going to work.

Melo is more then just a defensive player. And De Rossi is DEFENITELY more then a defensive player, in LOTS of ways:


He is actually the kind of player that is absolutely perfect for a diamond midfield supporting a Trequartista, because De Rossi is essentially a Box to Box mid who is very good going forward, but tends to be seen as a DM due to his competent defensive work, but really isnt the ideal role for him.
