yeah, but which top team uses the 4-2-2-2 successfully? imo in order for it to be really good you need both your fullbacks to be absolute quality both defensively and offensively. this is something that we currently lack. Not to mention your CMs have to be quality and in harmony (Melo and Sissoko are quality it remains to be seen if they can function next to each other though)
If you look back at my post you will see that i said a huge upgrade.I dont forsee a problem with Melo and Sissoko together.

we should ship out Tiago in that case, but Fabregas is 5 times the player Marchisio is. So I would not mind the selling of Marchisio in that case
True but when you compare Cassano & Giovinco there's a huge difference.Cassano has serious baggage & might cause unnecessary drama within the team.Honestly Giovinco has shown enough to suggest that he will flourish given the right amount of time & faith.

It comes down to which would be better for us, Cassano or Giovinco. If Gio improves sufficiently to make us think he's better for our team than Cassano, then obviously keep Gio.
So how do we go about doing that by expecting him to shine by playing 20min or maybe by the next 5 games?Patience is really needed here.
No. I'd ship off Tiago and Poulsen. Keep Marchisio, Fabregas, Melo, Sissoko.
Safe answer.:D

may i say do you really think one of cassano or diego will want to sit on the bench? how do we know they will be compatible?
you all really dont appreciate how professional giovinco has been and how much love he has shown by the club after he said he was willing to be vice diego.

for now giovinco for me is a better and safer option.

yes but giovinco at least for now is happy to sit on the bench and prove himself. will cassano be?

i think it would be smarted getting rossi

at least like that

we still have space for giovinco

as he can play as a SS or if we must say diego is out we can play 4-3-2-1

Gio needs time to prove himself, and I am sure he will have ample opportunities this season. However, he needs to get more involved in the game, and track back to win the ball, not just wait until it comes to him.

Del Piero is not getting any younger, Diego can't start every game, and Trez already has his mind elsewhere, so Gio will definitely have the chance to prove himself.

As for Criscito, I sincerely hope he comes back. He is clearly a class player, and will only get better. I don't blame him one bit for behaving the way he does, because we didn't show any faith or have any belief in Him. For all those haters (and you know yourselves), get your facts straight, stop reading too much into the media BS, and give the kid a break.

Xavi is great but Fabregas is better IMO
Xavi could provide more assists but Fabregas has something that other players don`t he drives the whole team forward (in terms of play not in terms of success) I mean possesion and organization
there aren`t many players who could this. The ones who can are: Ribery Fabregas and Camoranesi I don`t have more in mind altough it is possible I left someone out
and that is why I always say that Camo is very underated
just look how at many games how the team is in more control and with possession just because of him
I don`t say that those 3 players are the best in the world I say that they have this unique quality
Just for the record I see Camo as 3rd best RM after Messi who is playing a winger forward position and C.Ronaldo
