“Arsenal has offered a new four-year extension and it is a good deal, but he could leave on a free transfer,” Franjo Vranjkovic told the Italian media.

“However, the situation could change if the Milanese sides or Juventus come looking for us.”

can someone explain this to me? its about eboue

Well if we get Grosso for relatively cheap and a player like Eboue for free it would be.

But if we have to buy fullbacks for like 10 million each then probably not cuz we also have to buy a forward and CM to replace the ones on their way out.

I think exchanges of players is the best way. Like sell Poulsen and Tiago .. Buy Diarra or D'ago
Swap Trez for Rossi
then use whatever we have left from sales and left from after Diego deal to buy Full backs..
I agree, player exchanges will really help. But Eboue is taken again.

Only thing Secco brought back from Madrid was a fever.

Villareal would accept Trezeguet for Rossi but with 15-18m cash.

Juve wanted Diarra on LOAN but Real said 20m.

Juve still hoping Udinese lower their demands for D'Agostino.

Nice! Real nice! :D
WHOA 20m for a 28 yr old chronic knee problematic player? move back to d'ago please.

18m plus trez? still dont know where we will come up with that money and strengthen our midfield and defense.

Seems to me like his agents is saying arsenal offered him a deal which he might accept but if a big club offers him more he will go. So his agent is basically trying to get him a higher salary .. either at arsenal (trying to fend off other clubs) .. or at Juve or Milan (who beat arsenals salary offer)

I see this sequence of events happening:

We'll seal the Rossi deal (if Trezeguet accepts the yellow submarine) and we'll include Giovinco in the D'Agostino deal.

I wouldn't trade Giovinco for D'Agostino straight up, never mind giving them a bucketload of money to go along with it.

Not for a player who has had one good year

Trez and 15 Million euros? HELL YEAH

We get a supertalent who we could build our attack around for the coming decade.

+ We earn some money in the difference between the salary Trez earns now and what Rossi would have in Juve.

If we do this deal then we wouldent have much money left.. maby we could buy a leftback and thats it..

But im fine with this.. G.Rossi is worth it... but we need a midfielder but we could look for a cheap alternative

25m for him is wayyy to much. Maybe in another 2 years, but definitely not now. 3 goals for Italy and suddenly he is the next best thing....he is good, but not worth that much

I would keep Poulsen rather than spending an extra 10-12m to get Diarra.
I think that every sane person would do that

Im a bit confused at how Rossi is worth so much? I wouldn't pay over 16-17m for him.

I know he's pretty good, but 25m would seem like a rip off.
Me too, he's good, but we are probably undervaluing Trez and overvaluing Rossi.
