Oh and just to post this;
Tuttosport understands Juventus have decided upon a new transfer strategy in which they will only sign players under 25.
The Bianconeri want to carry on rejuvenating the squad and gradually phase out older players like David Trezeguet.
This means that on top of a bid for the 24-year-old Manchester City right-back Pablo Zabaleta, Juventus will also profile Hoffenheim’s 22-year-old Andreas Beck and Ajax’s 21-year-old Gregory Van der Wiel.
Next summer, the Bianconeri will predominantly focus their efforts on signing a new striker to replace Trezeguet who is expected to return to France to play out the rest of his career.
Instead of lining up a Luis Fabiano or a Ruud Van Nistelrooy, Tuttosport believes Juventus will consider either Andre-Pierre Gignac or Edin Dzeko [pictured]. Both players are under 25.
The decision echoes one made by Milan earlier this summer.
