Our main problem is the big hole in the middle and I think you agree there with me. It was a problem with Capello even, but with such a defense and attack we compensated it.

I agree, and Modric would certainly help, but I still think we should move away from the straight 4-4-2. It hinders our game quite a lot, IMO.

No reason that the two of them couldn't work together off a main striker (Amauri) and with a three man midfield behind them.

I like the player(for obvious reasons). But he's nowhere near good enough for a big team. He could move to a UEFA cup team in the future though, i believe he's good enough for that, him and Ghezzal.
