Season 4 was fantastic. It's 5 and 2 as the weaker ones.


What you need to get is the scope of David Simon, he fully explores that city, so instead of showing corner boys being corner boys throughout, he went deeper into the broken education /political system that can't deal with them before they become stuck on corners.

It's very good (dug the Greeks and some of the sabotka entourage), but it's defenitely weaker then 1, 3 and 4 for me. 2 was a slow burner and a jarring experience compared to inner city B more scenery we got accustomed to. Plus it broke up the dream team unit.

Yeah I hated season 2 at first tbh

Looking back it was still amazing though, a little bit behind the 1,3,4 maybe.

Was just pissed at first that it didn't show much of Stringer & the guys, plus hated Ziggy.

Grew on me after the first few episodes though, and the ending was fantastic.
