its funny who this forum makes people come with outrageous predcitons all the time

When the Italians teams are losing its
ohh god the end of Juve is near

And when they are winning its all of a sudden
Milan and Juve in the final of CL

And Parma vs Lazio in UEFA

chances of 1 Italian Team Playing in the Final is about 20%
The chances of two Italian Teams Playing in the Final is less then 2%.
I speak for myself when I say it was no prediction, in fact I clearly stated I thought it very unlikely.

It almost happened last year and then Italian football was in a much worse state (Just compare Milan now to Milan then). I don't se the chances of it actually happening to be that small, however unlikely they may be.

ur a Celtic fan aren't you? what do you think of the 'Battle of Britain' tie?
And a Juve fan. (Who is having withdrawl symptoms from no Channel 4 coverage any more )

I'm really looking forward to this as both teams are relatively evenly matched.

With Cole, Tugay, Yorke, etc Blackburn Rovers have great attacking potential. One thing I know for sure. The atmosphere at Celtic Park will be electric:cheesy:

Whats the reaction in England?

Channel 4 need a kick up the backside... Football Italia was a gem!

Damien Duff is the man you should look out for I reckon... Blackburn got lots of attacking potential but Celtic have a solid look and physical presence. Who knows who will win...

The fact that the press down here call it 'The Battle of Britain' says it all... hype hype hype.

You know, for some reason, Celtic fans aren't threatened by Duff
(maybe they think 'cause he's Irish he wont try as hard against the Celtic).
I don't think he's played as well since his impresive performances in the WC. However, he certainly has the potential to cause lots of problems.
As for Channel 4....well enough said.

I think Celtic are favourites to win and make it to the next round .. Blackburn play with heart, but Celtic have the better overall team ..

If Celtic want to be taken seriously by anyone (including their own fans after the Basle game), then they 'simply' MUST beat Blackburn Rovers.

However, if Celtic do win, the knockers will still say big deal, it's only Blackburn, but if they loose.....there won't be a stone big enough to hide under.

They have to still be in Europe after X-mas or it's another failure for the Bhoys.
