Never been a fan of iced tea until this summer. It's been warm here and I made some jasmine pearl tea, honey & lemon ice tea. Stuff of dreams.

Iced tea is freaking amazing.

I've just ordered some yerba mate to try, I know it's not strictly tea but it's got some really interesting properties which I feel may be beneficial for me @GordoDeCentral

If you ever get your hands on Mango iced tea... yeah that's an addiction of mine. Although I have to be very careful with the sugar content, and have to cut back on my iced tea consumption. Annoyingly I drink even more of it when im abroad where it tastes better than it does here in the UK.

I was born team Chai but am now team Tea.
yeah i understand why lemonade and sugar content might be off putting. for me it's the opposite i like lemonade because the combo of sour and sweet it's refreshing. the sweeter the better

iced tea to me good if mixed with fruit flavour like mango.

So my first cup of yerba mate this morning, definitely an acquired taste, strong seaweed sort of taste but I've filled my flask, refilled my gourd about 6 or 7 times now, definitely tasted worse things such as when I was drinking shilajit with water.

Unlike a lot of videos ive seen drinking this, I've kept strictly to the book about preparing and drinking mate, feeling quite accomplished about it lol.
