I hate that fat dude Marcotti. He never touched a football in his life. If you watch ESPN FC and his terrible podcast with that other little French who also never played football before, you'd know that he's just someone who enjoy going against the grain regardless of facts. He also is a low argumentative person who throw sarcastic laughs every time someone other than him speaks. He doesn't even show the slightest of respect for World Cup winners the likes of Klinsmann and Del Piero in that show.

The only thing he actually knows are FPP regulations and he milked that topic dry.

No chance of the super League happening, the players dont want to wave goodbye to their national teams for so many different reasons.

UEFA really got the best cards on their hands and the players are trapped now.

What did they expect him to do, tell him his plans? i think the guy tried to reform but it wasnt working so its like a guy who works in a shithole, that has to deny his searching for another job when asked when really he wants out.
Honestly he has the right to feel betrayed not for personal reasons, but for the fact that ECA approved new CL format this past Friday. Agnelli could've resigned earlier with some bullshit personal reason or something.

These players have contracts and are employed, this will go through despite the wish of some

All in all, if this works out it will be in Juve's best interest, and that's what I care about as far as football is concerned.

The rest of the football world will be fine. Except maybe for the Olympiakos and Red Star Belgrades of the world.

The worst thing about this is that the big matchups may get stale quickly, but if this league expands over the years maybe that won't happen.

What would Euro and World Cup sponsors say? They just throw money on competitions with second rate players?
