Telling a racist joke is not treating people differently. In fact it's more discriminatory to not tell racist jokes to people of ethnicity if you do to your friends.

Or how about just not telling racist jokes? Telling a racist joke is making fun of someone because of the colour of their skin, something they have no control over. Racism is so dangerous, the disporia that hitler exploted (and made into a race) for the jewish faith resulted in the death and suffering of millions, for something that they had NO CHOICE over. How can you even attempt to be justifying this?

The jokes intention depends on who is telling it and who is listening to it. South Park does exactly what you say, and its funny because i get that is what they are doing. But not all the audience will get that, they will just think that its fine to rip on black people and that they should be treated as 'tokens' as opposed it being commentary that america treats black like token citizens.
