Well, you see it's not that easy, dont you. Even when you try to do the right thing there's always someone to attack you.

I didnt say I was good, I'm just saying it's not as easy as it seems and people should have some understanding and patience.

It's not that hard to be honest, it's about keeping the balance and not showing your power, I mean you can't ban people who call each others names, but you warn or ban people who are annoying the majority of the forums in a appropriate way, once you act like you are an untouchable and you want to control or change everyone, then it's that time people don't like you as a moderator.

Most of the moderator are hypocrites, they ignore the "rule breaking" when they don't want to get involved for a reason or if it is their pals that are the ones who are involved, but when it's the persons that they don't like, they would go after them to burn their ass. We do have some good moderators at the moment thou.
