You know, people. People in the real world. They look like you, walk on two feet, have two hands, mouth, they make sounds when they express their thoughts, different from keyboard typing.
You must have seen them and made jokes when they were talking to you. Do they laugh at your jokes?

So what did you mean by what you said? :D
Well, what I meant is that "Muslims" in general are very warm people and sociable and are generous with foreigners. That's how I see things in Lebanon for example and other arab countries.

I've been living in Europe for sometime now, been to many places/cities/countries and I always found Europeans colder and not as sociable as the middle east people/arab countries. They have this look, a weird look for foreigners, you notice that you're not always welcome between them. Not all Europe of course but majority are like this from what I noticed.

USA on the other hand don't know much about Arabs therefore we can't judge them(You welcome Seven:D)....

That's what I meant by having a good heart... being warm, nice, welcoming foreigners, be nice to them etc.

I do what I can, but I depend heavily on a common platform. I do a lot of inside jokes, so if you know me I can make you laugh but if we're strangers I'm not creative enough to pull things out of thin air.

I'm pretty sure I make a lot more jokes than the average person though, I have a real need to joke around.

If I were a psychologist, I would probably tell you that you are doing that to hide something.

Fortunately for you, though, I'm not a psychologist.

Now you're just being mean. Saying that there's something wrong with me but refusing to tell me what it is. :frown:

I'm becoming very suspicious about your continued mention of Muslims in quotes. :D

Yeah, that's something that comes up a lot. I'm not really sure what to think about that though, because I tend to be rather picky with people in life, I'm not the kind who likes everyone. And this expected hospitality doesn't always agree with me, there is such a thing as exaggerated hospitality, you know what I mean?

It's like I really appreciate that kind of warmth but on the other hand I can understand some people being cold too, they have their reasons.

What do you mean? Telling jokes is telling people what you think. :D
What's great is that I have got to the point at work where no-one has a clue if I'm being serious or not.

Four years in the job and only a couple of people have come close to figuring me out.

That's not all good though. Cause you get into situations where you say something and people just walk away cause they don't even want to deal with the process of trying to figure out if your wacky comment was sincere or not :D

It's suits me fine, though, since most of the folk I work with are idiots, so I just want to be left in peace.

A lot of folk at uni, in the same period of time, have a pretty good idea of when I'm being serious.

Intelligent folk understand me to a reasonable degree, idiots just get confused.
