Welterweight bout: BJ Penn vs. Nick Diaz
Heavyweight bout: Cheick Kongo vs. Matt Mitrione

Okay, with all due respect to Condit, GSP is going to FINISH this fight. Condit happens to be a great fighter, well-rounded fighter. Great KO power, good submissions and overall movement. However, two things will decide this fight. GSP's incredible cardio and take downs, if Condit didn't work on his take down defense, then it's all over.
Now, to the more exciting fight. Diaz has been great in Strikeforce for the past 2-3 years. KO and boxing is second to none, his jiu jitsu techniques are incredible, of course, a Gracie product. However, he shouldn't expect the level of strikeforce fighters here, UFC fighters take the tactical approach of fights very seriously and BJ Penn is one very experienced fighter. This is going to be a very close fight with expected fireworks before and after the fight. I'd say either a decision win for BJ Penn or KO win for Diaz. IMO. It'll never end in a submission, simply because the level of jiu jitsu both posses is just world-class. Definitely 'Fight of the Night'.
Finally, I have both Mitrione and Cro Cop beating Kongo and Big Country by KO.

I don't hate GSP. I just don't like the way he's fought since he's claimed the belt. I respect his work ethic and skills. The man is a legend.
BJ is a legend but it hurts to see him in his decline.
I love the Diaz bros. but this fight is just to draw a crowd, not worth a dime.
And every fight that GSP takes people say his opponent will challenge him in some unique manner when in reality no one can fuck with GSP because he will dominate you from start to finish.

Agreed, GSP is certainly dominating the welterweight division. But I don't think BJ is really declining, he still has the desire to take the welterweight belt away from GSP, which will bring the best out of him against Diaz. Nick, on the other hand, wants to rub it all over Dana White's face. It's a title eliminator according to Dana White, the winner of the co-event will most likely fight the winner of the main event at some point early 2012.
I don't know if you guys have ever seen this interview with Chael Sonnen. Some have called him ridiculous, Some loved him, Others think he belongs to the WWE. I think he's brilliant.
