I wasn't a fan of him for a long time but he kinda grow on me. You maybe right but I think it's more about his legacy at this point. His only lose is to a roided Jones, if he would lose to Lasner and Jones comes back and beats Lasner then it would take DC out of the GOAT discussion.

DC's physique and his goofy attitude throws off a lot of people. Everytime I watch his fight and see him breathing with his mouth open after 3 minutes of the first round I think he will gas and be finished and then after he wins I realise hes only ever lost to the steroid head Jones.
DC is an amazing wrestler and all but his most dangerous weapon is his power. He weighed in heavier than miocic at the weigh ins and used that extra weight to add to his already brutal power.
That'd why I love heavyweights, all it needs is on punch.

That faceoff was so cringyyy and scripted, I get it they cutting a wwe promo but when Brock insulted miocic I wanted miocic to come back to the cage and pound least into into the mat.

Cain was an absolute monster! I wonder if he still would have been champ if injuries didn't fuck him up, he's making a comeback though would be interesting to see how he does.

I love DC. He truly deserves this. But Jon Jones is still the GOAT imo. Everybody knows it wasn't the steroids that beat DC but the talent. If Jones outworked DC for 5 rounds, then we can make a case. But Jones had a plan and executed it perfectly and became the first fighter ever to KO DC.
Also, I don't think Jones is mentally weak. The way he came back after the hit and run incident and the way he came back in the Gustafsson fight prove it. Surely he has a poisonous camp around him though. He's doing every possible mistake off the octagon not in it.

“It would not make a lot of sense for an individual, a UFC athlete, especially a championship contender like Jon Jones who knew, 'I’m tested quite regularly in this program’ – it would not make a lot of sense that that would be your drug of choice if you’re trying to cheat,” Novitzky said. “I think it’s come out after the fact that USADA did another test on Jon a month or two months after his positive test, and he was negative. So that would be indicative that the prohibited substance entered his system sometime after July 7th or 8th, and that was likely a pretty small amount and that cleared his system pretty quickly.

Yeah that's one man's opinion and one article in favour of jones. First he says he never did steroids and the positive test was due to careless use of over the counter drugs. Then he says the level Jones is at he cannot be that stupid and careless to take a supplement two days before the fight because he would have known he would be caught, aka he's not an idiot and careless.
So is he careless or is he not careless? Also I'd give him the benefit of doubt if it was is one and only red flag but he's tested positive twice, shamelessly admitted to doing cocaine a week before the fight, crashed into a pregnant woman and ran away from the scene. It's not very difficult to believe a cunt like this would do steroids.
And again, he got caught twice, sharapova used the "I was careless" excuse too when she was caught and banned for PEDs, being careless is just what cheaters say, can't expect them to come out and admit they did it unless you get cornered from all sides like Armstrong was.
