This Australia game is going to be tighter than most Italian fans would expect. I actually think the Azzuri will pull through, but not before being put through some trying times. Sort of like Australia getting a goal up and Italy getting a late late equalizer, only to win it deep into extra time. Might just throw up memories of the Nigeria game in USA 94. But as far as I'm concerned, Hiddink has started his mind games, when he mentioned how he has no chance against Italy this time - I just hope Lippi and gang are smart enough not to buy into those clever manipulations.

I got a question: How come Italian national team plays in Blue jerseys (since the very beginning), I mean usually NT teams take their jersey colors from national flag or some national symbol, but as far as I know, there isn't a BLUE in any Italian attrubute, so what's the legend of the "Azure" Italy? interesting...
