I saw ATCQ, De La Soul, Jungle Brothers, and Monie Love in concert

Hip Hop Royalty
Fuck you :D

For me personally Mobb Deep is the best duo - and ATCQ the best group ever. Their first three albums are probably all among my favourite 15 albums.

Nice. I just they dont do a Wu tang ala last album. Hard to keep up the level and be musically relevant after 2-3 decades.

Thoughts on the new T.I. song?
Its dope :D

Nah super chill throwback type of tune, clean and smooth sound, also nice homage to Aaliyah. This is why T.I is one of the rare few who can stay relevant for long time compared to most of the short shell life rappers now, he knows how to reinvent himself and can do gangster trap, some lyrical bars, heartfelt gritty songs, chill summer vibe tunes, party bangers, sounds good either way. He was stuck on trying to go on the fad of the trendy Young thug/Future vocal sound lately and it was kinda unnecessary by him, even if Young Thug is a close associate of his. Better of just being him, which is essentially the best ATL/southern rapper with a select few others.

Nah, I don't think so as they provide more of a smooth and soulful music, they always thought us that rap it can also come in soft but still dope which makes them special. I have a very good feeling that the album will come good.

The diversity of the guests on this album are all over the place.

I have no idea how they got David Byrne to appear on this album, but God bless them for making it happen.
