So I had these bag issues where I had been waiting for two months for the release of a certain bag. I woke up all early and got online to purchase the bag because I didn't want to deal with any New York crowds. For some reason, they had a huge mess up. I end up without the bag and an a large sum of money (the bag + shipping) taken out of my account even though they claimed my funds were denied. Bag sells out in stores and online within an hour. So I called them and emailed them for a week straight no response. They just refunded me my money. It is a month later. I get this email.

I advised the owners of Net-a-Porter about your situation. My heart just broke in two over your situation. When you get a chance please contact me to advise me which bag you were trying to purchase. For the owners would like to see if they can help you out in some way.

You can reach me at (646) 237-3805.

I look forward to hearing from you.

I can't believe this bitch says "My heart just broke in two about your situation" If your heart was so broken why haven't I been contacted until a month later!!?

I can't believe they do business this way. I have spent thousands on this site and thats what they come up with. I better be getting this bag for free.

That sucks. I would never buy anything from them anymore, unless they come up with a great compensation.

By the way, I heard you can check out bags on this site too.

I wish I had as many shoes as Sarah.

That way I could have a nice pair every single day of the week for a month and sell the rest of the lot for a profit.

Nothing wrong with having many pairs of shoes. More work for the sweatshop kids.
