u will be alright brosphie hang in there), getting rid of toxins to become more healthier and awesome as ever ( dru get well soon bro u will get used to it no worries).
headaches, and stress might be the common symptoms in all these rough patches so here are things that other members have named mainly kat, bozi, and matt:
1- tylenol is a good medicine to take for headaches but meh i'm more of a motrin fan bec they work for my migraines with out making me nauseous.
2- avoid excessive drinking with these medications per favor have them after ok but not before its not funny!!
3- should u decide to drink yr sorrows then before hitting the sack drink loads and loads of water to counter the de-hydration caused by drinking.
4- as bozi and dru mention sex!!

once again refer to number 3 and repeat specially if u go at sex like a horny bunny
5- for the stress try taking vitamin B- complex that should calm u down and make u sleep peacefully
6- dont spread this around or else they will send me to military right away

if u cant sleep take one table spoon of cough medicine and enjoy yr dreams with in 30 mins tops provided u hit the sack right away. YOU DID'NT HEAR THIS FROM ME, IF I AM ASKED I WILL DENY TOOTH AND NAIL I EVER SAID THIS
finally rough patches happen to all of us, its a test of strength and i;m pretty sure any person who toke last season and so far this season and came out with there skin in tact can easily take these rough patches. on the good side you guys are all loved here so cheer up and u never know this might all turn out to be the best for you, but just bec u look right under yr feet u cant see the positives. there are a lot of people here who have been thru tougher periods with out mentioning names to respect there privacy's and they all came up stronger and they all laughed again. so hey u guys wont be miserable for ever, and its all in yr hands if u choose to sit and cry about it now that its done and over with it will take longer so take a bath, go out, excercise, have a beer, have coffee, meet friends just dont over think about it capeeesh.
