:lol2: Love it how people are trying to find reasons to defend this transfer.

Come on now, this transfer is nonsense! You guys know it, stop kidding around.

Grygera calls himself a CB though.
Maybe, but as Gigolo said, I don't think Ranieri plans to use Grygera at the CB position. He sees him as a RB, and he'll keep playing him there.

Considering that we'll play in three competitions next season, IMO we needed a new back-up CB. Now Knezevic might be average, but at least he'll get to play in Coppa Italia games, and also some games in Serie A against weaker teams, so our starting CBs would get a rest.

PS: We needed a new CB who would be a starter though, but is any great CB avaiable right now? I don't think so.

Zebina can play at CB aswell.

Even if Knezevic won't play often,he wasn't as pricey as Tiago,so he can afford to choke;).Juve won't go bankrupt if he fails.Of course I would have prefered to have a Carvalho but we gotta accept it.

I will not accept it and provide this BS management with anymore crap than what they deserve, which is criticism. This was always a BS transfer and you guys know it.

Christ why don't we sign Falcone or something, he ain't a bad defender.

Grygera has been a walking disaster the few times he has filled in for the CB. He wont be a contention for the CB spot, but strictly the RB one.

Everyone here would have preferred a top CB being signed, but our board has decided to prolong next seasons long term CB purchase to next season, and are happy with Mellberg (who is good) and Chiellini, while being backed up by Legro and Knezevic. Thats four CBs and its not too bad (and the depth will be needed for sure with CL footie) even if can for sure be better if we find a top CB on the market.

I dont count Andrade because you shouldnt couldnt someone who has been injured for 10 months UNTIL he proves otherwise that he someone to rely on.

And Criscito is confirmed to stay in Genoa, they have already paid 1m already for his loan. While we have paid 550k to loan Knezevic. And he isnt necessarily a hoplessly average player that cant grow and or suprise us, unlike that crap Stendardo was.

Grygera was fine at CB in October initially when Andrade went down, but people think he was horrible because the beloved god Ranieri benched him. People believe he knows best and is a great manager. Whoop-dee-friggin'doo. :melayyanandmessi:

Knezevic is no better than Stendardo. Don't lie to yourselves boys.

Seriously, wether it was CB, LB or RB, Grygera has been defensive liability with his positioning (and its way more important to keep your position in CB, and he cant handle that). We saw that with our own eyes, feel free to excuse it away in being a victim of Ranieri or something petty like that.

We shall see how good Knezevic is, those who has seen in, former teammates others in calcio (Baresi?) seems to have commented on him as being talented. Lets see what he will do and how useful he can be before deeming a Stendardo automatically.

The difference with Stendardo is one has seen him with Lazio often and in a defence with crap players, he has almost allways been one of the poorer ones. I mean, did you see our asia tour? It was meaningless tour, but MAN you should have seen how much Stendardo sucked. Couldnt do a single thing right.

Good fucking riddance.

I don't care about some Asia tour. Zebina was ripped a new arse by some Australian team of no-names like I haven't even seen before. What, are they better than Inter?

Fact is: Knezevic is not an upgrade to Stendardo.

And you know this how? Its a fact? It means you have seen Knezevic very often and deemed him to be such? By all means, share your expertise of him.

You're great at defending uselessness.

Yeah, Knezevic is an amazing player with capabilities to be world class...

GREAT SIGNING!

Yeah, I loved those tackles on the Interisti, but we'll see fo'real next season.

It's ridiculous, this guy can do better than Stendardo for us.
I don't know what this guy can do exactly as I didn't know what Almiron would do nor what Sissoko would do. All I know is the season haven't started yet and I haven't seen how is he performing. Personally, I don't know if this is a good signing nor a bad one, I am yet to judge. As for the moment, I only hope he can add something to the side.

The only thing Knezevic will add is a "one" to the number of players on our squad and someone for Palladingo to talk with on the bench.

NO, I didnt say that. You know why? Because I havent seen him except few games. Only thing I have said lets wait and see, and that he is a 5th CB, and that its a decent depth signing for that.

You are the one who making a judgement on a player you probably havent seen. So I am simply asking, if you deem him to be this crappy, then you must have seen him alot and know him well? Well have you seen him enough to judge him? Or are you just pre-judging for the sake of it?

Your poor forced sarcasm doesnt deflect from the fact that you are avoiding to say wether or not you have seen a player you deem to be a crap player, even going as far as saying its a fact.
