THe only a fewcountries capable of participating in a Nuclear War RUssia the USA, France England,China,India,Pakistan,NK and Israel.

the USA,France,UK and Russia as the OSCE won't attack each other whereas India and Pakistan won't attack them, China won't attack anybody which leaves Israel and NK who have around. 100 warheads between them (israel around 90 NK around 10 speculated).

OSCE+China will never attack India or Israel
Pakistan,Nk wouldn't dare attack the combined nuclear mass of ~25,000 warheads and if they did
