Sorry to hear that Emelin is out for the year... very unlucky there.

Hopefully Boston can bounce back against the Canes tonight; the lines are a friggin' mess, Bergeron is missed very badly (obviously).

Mother of god, it wasn't even big hit
His leg started to buckle just befoer the point of impact on that check. I really think that he got hurt a 1/2 second before the hit

Tell me about it. He was starting to find his offensive game. Looks like Drewskie is going to get more playing time, but this guy has never had 20 minute shifts per game. They lose a physical presence out there, and I'm surprised they called up Beaulieu instead of Tinordi.

Did they call Beaulieu up because of this injury, or just before?

Yeah buddy, it's a big one, he's exactly the type of big body, big minute guy teams need for the postseason, when the bench shortens up. I do like the way your club has actively been addressing that size issue over the past couple years, on both sides of the puck, really.

Luckily Markov has finally gotten healthy, and PK's development... I mean, we knew the skill-set was there, brother, but he's so engaged right now. If he keeps this up, you may have to consider a jersey.

:D You and everyone else. Reason?

I know he makes 6.3M per season, but Cam Ward has gotta be one of the most underrated goalies in the league. The Canes' goalies have been awful tonight.

Jesus, 5-0, 4th line, Caron. Ellis duffs the initial shot, two Canes lose battles for the rebound, while two others watch.

3rd and 5th goals were pretty funny indeed

Among other things, he's fickle and mainly because he doesn't want to relocate the Coyotes even if it is what makes more sense. Recently, he has pulled the Thrashers card (they relocated few weeks after), saying there is more interest than ever; It might not necessarily be a bluff but anyhow, the guy clearly hates Canada and his stubbornness is irritating. At the moment, he's neglecting everything in an attempt to gain newer fans. Quebec has fervent fans, I might be biased but I think the league would be better off with having the Nordiques back instead of the Coyotes for many reasons.
