VERY interested to see Seguin. Pressure will be incredible, don't be surprised if he has a slow start.
For sure man, I've only seen brief online clips. Can't wait to see him in live NHL action.

I expect triple digit point production, nothing less will suffice. :D

Nah, I'm realistically expecting 35-50 points. Guy is still very young, still developing his body, but it seems like they're going to slot him into the lineup, and give him an honest shift.

By all accounts, he's really worked his ass off in the weight room, and he seems to have his head on straight (not taking anything for granted).

Anyway, time will tell, and I'm interested to see how the rest of training camp unfolds.

I'll bet he does better than the douche Oiler Hall. Seguin is tougher, a little bigger, and someone with a little more drive. I've liked what I have seen, although it is the Oilers and Brus we talking about.

We shall see about the Bruins. Again, it is up to you lot to get me excited about them.

I guess I'll have to go throw on my Lucic jersey, and post a little pole dancing vid for you?

Nah, man... I understand any and all reservation. Hell, it's up to the Bruins to get me excited about them again... last year basically sucked it all out of me.

I'm excited to see some of the youngsters, and a healthy Lucic, but not expecting a great deal from the team as a whole right now. More talk today about Savvy's PCS. Not looking good at all... huge loss.

Dude, come on. Seriously. I need to see serious domination, then consistency in the playoffs, along with those wingers showing up along with those so quaint defensive pairings. I've been watching this side for years and I'm still waiting for them to truly break out. IMO, last season was a bit of a fluke. If you get it going this year I will apologize.

Well, time will tell, but I'm not confident right now. I know that we have some pieces, but there are so many question marks, from Tuukka, to Savvy, to Lucic, to Wheeler... to the rest of our wingers. I think that the D is going to be alright, but we'll see... a healthy Seidenberg, provided he plays like he did after the trade to Boston, should help the defense a lot. If Boychuk and Seidenberg play like they did last year, I think we'll be OK on the back end.

If Savvy is down, it should be Lucic - Krejci - Horton on that first line. Krejci deserves to play with wingers who have more quality than Ryder and Wheeler.

Anyway broski, time for sleep - lots to do tomorrow. Look forward to all the hockey talk this season, seeing big Mo in a Wings uniform, and hell, maybe even hearing you admit the Bruins are decent when it's all said and done. ;)

Saw the game and Rask and Bergeron were B's best players. Caron was ok and another kid was good. Don't remember his name. I expected more from Seguin.

Price let in 4 goals in like 8 shots and every time he saved one some fans started to cheer. That's really gonna help him. :sigh:

I liked what I saw from Tinordi and Palushaj. Leblanc and Dumont were ok.

Nice Mark. Good to hear about Tuukka, and I expect that Bergy may up his point production a bit from last season. Depends a lot on who he plays with, though.

I've still seen little of Caron, but read some pretty good things; we can't improve on the wings soon enough.

Not surprised about Seguin, given it being his first game. Going to take a bit of time, for sure.

Too bad about the Price jeering. Sounds like he was pretty bad, but the fans need to get behind the guy. Tough situation for everyone, as it should be Jaro Halak in goal, obviously. Need to move past that...

Check out these attendance figures. Even without a Stanley Cup for decades, we still had the support. :strong:

Rangers thrashing us 5-1 at the Garden. Oh well, Hank and Pavs didn't make the trip. Looks like some of these players will be cut, too.

As expected, Frolov looks like a very good pickup by the Rangers.

Fuck New York. I love that they sent Redden down to the A, and they're still on the hook for 4 years, and just under 24M.

Frolov will be interesting to watch... points total has dropped each of the last 3 years... minus player, inconsistent. Tons of natural ability though. Gabby should help kick his production up a notch (I'm assuming they'll play together... haven't looked at their lines lately).

Fro probably just needed a change in scenery. But moving from LA to New York is like ditching Hardees to go eat at White Castle. Either way, you'll still get the feeling that you're eating shit.

Not only I have :gsol:connections:gsol: to Juve and football in general but also in the NHL. Here's what I found in Colin Campbell's office. It's the NHL's suspension flow chart:
