Moggi Offers 10 Million And Appiah For Vieira – Report
7/7/2005 11:01:00 AM
The General Director of Juventus is in London to negotiate the possible transfer of the French midfielder to Turin.
Italian media is reporting that the Bianconeri are finally ready to bring Vieira back to Italy after a courtship which lasted over 2 years. Arsenal are willing to offload their star midfielder to net 10 million Euros and Ghanaian player Stephan Appiah in what would be one of this summer’s most sensational transfers.

Always according to the newspaper reports, the negotiations are in their final stages as Luciano Moggi is discussing the last details for this deal to go through.

In other related Juventus transfer reports, the Bianconeri are also preparing their final attack for Antonio Cassano to lure the talented young forward away from Rome.

oh come on Vieira is in the best age for a midfielder,
he is young enough and much more experianced than any youngster out there,
with such of a prooven world class players u can make a world class team to qonquer the CL, not with a team of Appiahs,
by the time Appiah will grow if he ever grows to the state of Vieira many of our current stars will retire and maybe even be without Capello,we cant wait for the like's of Appiah,Blasi and Maresca to grow up for ever,
we sould build a world class team now,
its been a decade since our last CL, thats enough!
Vieira IS a champion, Appiah might be

Moggi: Cassano To Juve? Never
7/7/2005 6:00:00 PM
The Juventus General Director yet again denied the arrival of the young prodigy to Turin.
Despite transfer rumours linking Antonio Cassano to a probable move to the Bianconeri, Luciano Moggi has always denied this, even though he admitted that Juve are interested in the player.

Now the transfer guru seems to have finally put an end to the transfer speculation as he categorically denied the arrival of the Roma player as well as scaring off any Trezeguet suitors.

“He (Cassano) will never come to Juve,” declared Moggi. “We have the best attack of the league and hold on to it. And Trezeguet is not for sale.
