We will. If he's free than it would be madness not to sign him.
Mutu is playing midfielder Just because we have 4attackers....when Zalayeta will be leaving, Mutu will take an attacker Role....

True, but it will still be CRAZY not to sign Cassano on a free... even if we got 8 world class attackers! :D

Let's sign Rooney at it as well when he goes free
I can imagine him and Cassano doing extremely well causing havoc for the referees ;)

Yeah, only to sell atleast 4 of ehm. I mean its a good way to make money but I think it will ruin Juve's reputation amongst players.
It will make us look like just the freebie profit makin club, not the serius "treat the players well" type of club. Which in the future might effect a players willingness to play for us.

Good point.
But IMO cassano is an investment over a 8-10 year period.
Juve needs an Italian symbol after DP and cassano could be that.

the talk is that there is already an agreement between moggi and roma abt cassano for the summer.
we would have to outbid inter's bid in the january though.Plus ofcourse either mutu or chiellini

for me i would let giorgio leave, since i see mutu replacing neddy next year.

Mutu is playing himself into Capello's tactics and making Don Fabio more comfortable with his presence. I dont think Capello is going to want to do away with him come season end. Not when he realises Mutu's versatility is good enough to cover either flank or even positions up front. However, I think it's almost impossible Moggi wont snap up Cassano for free. And if a situation to swap players does arise, then I would see Chiellini leaving us for Roma.

Thinking about Cassano's role with the available squad, I can't but see Nedved sacrificed. Cassano will be the only player who can fill this gap.

That's what people here dont understand..
Let Cassano take Nedveds place! not as a striker !

That's the only logical solution, Nedved's days can be counted. Later on when the forwards change, he can jump in to play as a forward.
