I think you forgot Embiid ;)
Can he facilitate for others? Handle the ball, create for himself? (All the best first option wings/guards can from half court).

I said jokic is the system because he is a Big who also happens to be one of the best playmakers around, and generally ridiculously skilful. Makes others around him better in several ways, is not really a traditional dominant big, even ones more dominant then him like Embiid and AD.

He's got a decent amount of assists, gets involved in the passing game and a lot of times you see him playing outside the perimeter. I just meant the Sixers wouldn't stand a chance without him most nights, he's the offense and defense.

Can Magic get it done? Fuck me, this is interesting. I'd love to see him in Boston, but right now it's impossible. Maybe if Pelicans wait. But what if AD only wants LA? Timing of this trade req. plus his agent who also represents Lebron, tells me that.

OK not for Zion then. but if we fail to make the playoffs, it could still end up being a valuable pick
It all depends on who declares

Zion isn't even the consensus #1 anymore. Ja Morant is right up there now, and #1 in some mock drafts, with Keldon Johnson moving up the boards very quickly

interesting. so you think there is a chance not all of the top prospects enter the draft this summer?

either way i prefer making the playoffs. i want to see this group in action rather than whatever the difference between a ~10th pick and a ~18th pick

You never know. Still several months away for them to declare for the draft.

I've seen him in action a lot. He hasn't improved. Still can't hit a shot from more than 10 feet out. The major weakness in his game, he has not improved on at all.

He doesn’t shoot, that’s different than can’t hit. But right now, it’s all a numbers game. Why waste a possession if there’s a 60% chance it won’t go in when you can drive and slam for a 90% chance it will go in?

He’s improved from last year in general tho, you’re focusing on long shots but he can hit fade-away jumpers.

Simmons' numbers are eerily similar to last year. The perplexing thing is that his FG% has gone up .30% and his FT % has gone up .21%, but he's only averaging less than a ppg more than last year. Something isn't right.

And he's taking the same amount of shots and free throws as last year

And how did this conversation even get to Simmons? For fuck's sake, I was talking about Embiid and Zubac

Embiid is gonna be a great challenge for Zu. 7-2 and one of the best defensive bigs in the game on one end, while Zu will have his hands full guarding his complete offensive game on the other end. hope he brings his A game

I just want to see a battle of 2 young centers. I always forget that Zubac has been in the league for three years and is still only 21.
