Could only dream for 24 hours... Sad...

Millsap wants max, elite level all around all star, but money just isn't there, so instead Thibs making us Minnesota TimberBulls, bringing the gang back together he signed Taj Gibson :D

Hoping for Millsap avd getting Taj makes you dissatisfied as fuck, but this makes us a physical and experienced as fvck side overnight. Tough as nails defensive big who can teach Kat a thing or two about Thibs ball. It's alright I guess, even they gave him too much at 14m, even it's only 2 years.

Hahaha, 3 years 57m, when he turned down over 80m few months ago LOL I heard Lakers were offering 25m 1 year deal to him, so that didnt pan out?

Jamal Crawford is one of the most entertaining players ever, would be fun to see him in Lakers.

Clippers getting Gallinari in 3 teams trade, and Crawford to hawks (tho not staying), but who are Denver getting in this mery go around?

Denver is getting Millsap.

IF that 25 million, 1 year deal was true, I don't know why he wouldn't have taken it. I think that would have been more than fair considering Redick got 23 on a 1 year contract.

Apparently Crawford really wants to play with Lonzo. That could be a sign of good things to come in the future.

George Hill COMPLETELY misread the market, played too hard ball with Utah he wanted to stay at, and didnt consider the big clog in PG needs after an insane PG draft class.

3 years 57 is exactly same amount as Teague, fvck Wolves should signed George instead :D But I guess at the time he was still asking for near max sum.

Ahhh Millsap, the versatile poor mans Draymond, I so wanted him in Wolves but he was asking for top max salary (the guy is earning more then Durant now lol, sneaky mofo deliberately underpaying himself...). I thought Denver signed him in free agency, did not know it would require a trade, let alone a 3 team trade.

Too bad for Denver they couldnt keep Gallinari.

Anything new on Rondo? Would love him on a 1 year deal here

Brad Turner: Don’t expect anything to happen with the Lakers and Rajon Rondo today, per source. But Rondo still very interested in Lakers. 3 hours ago – via Twitter BA_Turner

Why do you want him? he is a good playmaker but kind of a mess.

Latest rumours for Wolves, Nick Young and the serb star PG Milos teodosic. Wolves and Nets talking to him to to be his first NBA team. Should have edge on them for having Bjelica in the team.

googling him leads to a clip where he played wolves 4 years ago lol

I dont remember him as being a mess at all, was perfectly fine in Boston, had some disagreement in Dallas with the coach (cant remember what), then a great season in Sacramento of all places, and now in Chicago too showed how important of a figure he is in the playoffs (but also didnt play on a lot of games in RS, maybe another dispute with the coach?). I also read something recently about all the Bulls loving him and that most of the fuss is created by the media over nothing, but i dont know how reliable what i read was...

Why i want him? Defense, leadership, playmaking, Kobe used to love him and wanted him in LA for years (cant shoot if his life depended on it though). He would be great as some sort of mentor and backup PG for Lonzo, can sub him out and even play together for few minutes with Lonzo acting more of a off the ball guard. It would be a one year deal and with someone like Crawford could create a winning atmosphere in the team.

About Teo, he is a fantastic international PG, remember him rejecting NBA for years because he wanted that Euroleague crown (failed with Olympiakos and CSKA for years, finally managed to do it last year with the Ruskies). Guy is a magician with the ball, can shoot, sees passing lanes and makes passes that few can, and is a proven winner for club and country (Serbia always go far since hes in the NT from 2009 onwards). His problem is, and huge reason Serbia never went all the way despite being one of the Eurobasket top favorites (and best team throughout the tournament) every time, his defense. Often saw Serbia coaches take him out late for his weak defense, and then struggle on offense without him. If he was atleast an above average defender, Serbia should have had a gold medal in the last 8 years.

Hes gonna come off the bench and provide instant offense with his 3pt shooting and passing vision like this:

but dont expect anything on the other end of the court.

Then again, he could also flop hard. Still remember Navarro lighting it up in Europe for years, then going to Memphis and return after one season. Some players just dont adapt to the NBA, even if amazingly talented

Yeah at 30 maybe its too late for Milos to adapt. Too different of styles. Bjelica was apparently MVP in euro league 2 years ago and he looks like a bum for Wolves :D Decent catch and shoot player but still a bum.

When it comes to euro league, the hype is all this kid, looks very serious wtf level of wonderkid talent:

Who will get the nr 1 pick next year? Probably Boston again? This time they wouldnt dare to trade down :D

Looking forward to Doncic in the NBA, dont want Boston to end up with him though :p

At 17-18 playing for the biggest club in Europe already, kid is impressive. The other im looking forward to see is Dzanan Musa, i think he can be even better than Doncic if he works on his game. Also needs to bulk up, hes not NBA ready body wise yet, while Doncic looks like he can walk into the league right now. Other than these 2 out od Europe, id keep an eye on whoever plays for Serbian club "Mega Vizura". They had 9 players drafted in the last 3 years, by far the most by any club/school outside America. Their scouting system and work with young players is extraordinary, expect another 2-3 of their players at the next draft

With the 1st pick of the 2018 NBA draft, the Boston Celtics select ... Michael Porter Jr.
And with the 2nd pick of the 2018 draft, the Boston Celtics select ... Luka Doncic

Dude plays with so much heart besides being supremely skilled, you are lucky to get him. Finally a true 2nd allstar and not a chump like Horford.

Reverse that homie, the 1st should be the one playing elite level pro ball in biggiest euro team, and not the highschool kid, regardless of how talented, simply not as ready as the one who has top level experience since 16.

And yes, youre right about Bjelica too. Euroleague MVP the year before he went to the NBA, always among the best performers at Euro/Mundobaskets. Looked like he had the tools to succeed as a NBA 4, maybe except athelticism, but its probably that he couldnt adapt to a lesser role where he isnt supposed to carry a huge load of his teams offense anymore. Same happened to Teletovic, probably the best scorer in Europe before he went overseas, used to single handely destroy teams with his scoring miniatures. In the NBA hes just a stretch 4, stand on the opposite side of the ball and shoot IF you receive a pass. If you dont go there early in your career and adapt to their playing style, youre better off just staying in Europe and being a star. Unless you get more money or you want to fulfill your dream of playing in the NBA like some players claimed

Pretty much :D

Horford may not be a true super-star but is a very, very good player in his own right, he just needed some time to adjust to the team. Horford is the type of player, who makes those around him play better without he himself standing out on the stat sheets - it's not by chance that IT had his best year only after AH came to Boston.

That's not to say I'd say 'no' to an A. Davis trade :D

:D

The best Euro leagues are about the same level as premier US college ball. As talented as Doncic is, Porter Jr has all the looks of a player destined to be an all-time great, even before he's played a single game at the college level. Both Doncic and Porter Jr. are still very young but Porter Jr would be deserving of the top pick, and I am saying this from a year away.
I was never sold on Fultz and think he will be kind of a bust, tbh, but Porter Jr, that's a diff story ...

Horford is very good player, but he should not be getting paid like a true allstar big when he isnt, he is an excellent stretch 4 and team first player but not dominating enough for that money (lazy in the paint), or able to carry load to ease the burden off IT.

I dont watch college ball and only seen little of euro league, but that cant be entirely true, with euro league you play with professionals and adults as a teenager, that HAS to develop your game much sooner then balling college level, even if latter has big talent level that suits the game of NBA. We'll see it a bit in someone like Ntilinika of Knicks, he is a teenager but he been fighting for championships in france at same age the rest of PG class been playing in weak conferences (smith jr, fulltz etc) or simply dont look ready yet for NBA (fox will take while to adjust imo, dude looks too raw and physically weak in stature). So even if the french guy aint in their talent level, he may be solid and reliable nba player off the bat for Knicks.

Horford isn't getting paid those moneys because he is necessarily that level of goodness but for cap reasons - in the NBA, caproom is like a boner, use it or lose it :D

The draft is very much about potential, especially when it comes to 19-20 year old kids, and Porter just has more of that, even now where the only place he's played is HS, not even a min of college-level ball.
