Some double standards here lately so I'm gonna move this here and I'm only interested in explanation. Certainly not the first one to notice, nor will be the last one. Some may get away with basically everything, while straight bans are handed for quarrels.

He's pure cringe, but be careful, last time I quarreled with him his buddy gave me a straight ban, eventhough the nerd instigated the fight.

Why not giving him warning as well? This doesnt' seem right. Very similar situation occured few weeks ago, and the same guy went unpunished, after yet again instigating the fight. This is intolerable.
