all the love for Albert while the same people mention him calling him a pedophile. :mut:

We shall now ban these people from now on.
And he took the joke like a man because that's how he is. Even mods join in tagging him, so start infracting yourselves too then.

so what you are saying is we should allow older members to bully, insult and and troll as they please?
No, just use some common sense from time to time.

No, but use a little bit of common sense while enforcing the forum rules.

There's a warning system here, yes? Yellow cards? Infractions? I don't remember now, cause it's ages since I saw the rules and ages since I got an infraction. But I'm fairly familiar with them, at least enough to have an opinion.

I just don't think Albert would've gotten an instaban for that post if we just go back a year or two. Something's happened here. The enforcing of the rules have become a bit more "automatic" it feels, with little interpretation of what actually happened, who did it, if it was a first offender or whether the guy simply made a mistake. This place has become a lot more strict, is what I'm saying.

If it's the way we're headed, then fine. But just consider the culture that we have here, and what makes this forum so great.

still, people should get an infraction for doing it. :numnum:
But mods can't get infracted and you still do it. Still, who gives a fuck? You're obviously not gonna change your mind because that will make you look weak and probably you'd think in the future we could change your mind about other things so it's best if we leave him banned as an example.

all the people you mentioned got banned because of accumulation of points: i.e infractions. Albert's offense generates a lot of unnecessary grief, be it for the members or the mods who have to clean up the mess afterwards, hence the severity of the punishment.

As for the place getting stricter, thats your opinion, others feel safer to post without having gangs jump them, if thats the culture we talk about im glad we lost it.

Also reinstate Burke as a mod. I only have 10 points to bully badass with and I need backup ever since X started watching his back.

It has nothing to do about getting stricter, as we're all fine with that.
