How many times has he been banned now? 3-4? there should be a rule to perma-ban after 3rd or 4th ban. it doesn't make sense to let anyone that gets banned that many times to keep posting.

That's not the point. Any technological deterrent is only as good as the humans using it.

If a bunch of posters come whining that they want some poster back, and its been months and that poster wants back in under good behavior, these forums have had a long history of allowing it.

i think you should ban any troll who argues the banning of a poor quality troll whose absence from the forum only make it better.

And this. It doesnt make sense, what's the point of banning someone multiple times? To momentarily shut him up? He comes back and ten you give him a cushion to 3 more insults and he gets banned again.

Andries calmed down. The mod team we on to him with the first insulting post and like you said he did get perma banned, havent seen either of the things happen to RUS. And again him being dumb is not an excuse.

and the mods imo should really start this zero tolerance thing right now.

The post that got him banned was the opening post, no one baited him into that one. As for my discussion with RUS yesterday, I was seriously mad and disturbed by his opening post and might've crossed the line a couple of times.

The problem is most of us can be normal but RUS is completely irrational.

I won't tell you who sent this PM because I don't want you to know her identity. My problem is that even though she titled the PM "Question", she never asked a question and she was threatening me. Also, she should check her facts, because I'm 33. My main question (I will even use a question mark at the end of the sentence) is: Should I take the threat seriously? She tells me not to annoy her anymore and it sounds like a threat. What will she do if I keep annoying her? I fear for my life so I need to know if I should take some legal action.

RUS only got banned because of his original inflammatory post in the religion thread. And the ban was only due to him receiving an infraction that put him over the edge. The argument that ensued wasn't that bad, other than RUS calling people 'imbecile' every second or third post. Since we are all aware of our point count at any time and RUS would have known he was close I beg this question regarding his ban.

Why should anyone care if he put himself there?
