I'm planning to go tomorrow with my family to attend Armin's party in Beirut, do you think it is safe? Is it better to use public transportation than to drive my Syrian car?

I've personally never heard of a Syrian car being attacked even at the worst conditions. But I guess you're right, better safe than sorry as they say.

Yeah, 100 percent Lebanese although I do carry a Canadian passport too. I have quite a few Jordanian friends here; AUB is awesome except for when it's finals week; the fucking stress is eating at me right now.

If you're coming from Syria for a concert or party for a night then I think he shouldn't have a problem. If anything happens in 1hour he's back home whereas others wont be back home any soon because in Lebanon always the first thing to be attacked is the Airport.
