I do not place much faith in the many transfer rumours, if I did then I would be here waiting for Inter to add the 407 players they are linked with to their current roster of 126.

However, If Juve were really interested in Peter Crouch then that would suggest to me that Juve is only interested in Serie A survival during 2007-08, and would probably also suggest that to want-away men like Camo, Treze, and Buffon.

Let's face it: the only crouch we need is Ciro Ferrara sitting on Moratti's face, taking a big dump.

crouch really isnt that bad why is everyone slaughtering him
He's not completely useless, as he does score a good number of goals, but he certainly is not da Juve. when compared to the strikers Juve has employed of late, Trezeguet, Del Piero, Ibrahimovic, Inzaghi, Di Vaio, Kovacevic, Crouch is NOT the way forward. He could be the answer if we wanted to fight it in Serie B for another year.

hes better than di vaio and kovacevic and he's more than worthy of serie a but i agree with you we should be looking at other players, as much as i like him as a footballer i just cant imagine him doing well for us, i dont know why

Juventus are reportedly interested in signing Liverpool's Peter Crouch as a replacement for David Trezeguet next term.

The Bianconero (pictured) is currently contracted to the Turin outfit until 2008, but he has not yet confirmed if he will stay next year.

According to Il Corriere dello Sport, Crouch could become an alternative to the Frenchman if he were to leave the Corso Galileo Ferraris outfit.

Rumours suggest Trezeguet could be included in a swap deal, seeing as he was already close to the Reds in 2001.

Juventus officials are scheduled to travel to London to discuss the transfer of West Ham midfielder Javier Mascherano and will reportedly take advantage of the trip to speak with Liverpool about the possibility of signing Crouch at the end of this term.

If the negotiation were to fail, Juventus have an alternative in Ajax star Klaas Jan Huntelaar, who is considered one of the most promising striking talents on the market.

The 23-year-old, who has scored for fun over the past few seasons, was paired with several Italian clubs in the past, including Fiorentina, but a transfer was never finalised.

Just bring back Kovacevic. And Esnaider. And Mirkovic. But please, for the love of god, keep Crouch away.

Crouch for Trezeguet? Secco, pass on the good stuff you've been smoking.
