Strectha about 4 times a week and you'll be good. Thats what i ddi for Track and Field and I was a new man by the end of the month.

Yeah, prince appraently had it done. It seems to be "common knowledge" but whether its actually true or not i wouldn't know. Its certainly much easier to go out on the piss.. aim low and bring back a really erm.. classy girl and she'll do the honours without thinking about it :D

agreed...

it helps get the lactic acid out of your muscles (which builds up during muscular activity), so you cramp less, and recover quicker
