I would also prefer Giuseppe Rossi. But make no mistake about it, Lavezzi is a stellar player. He is one of those rare all creative forwards who doesnt create by making splitting passes out of nowhere, even if he can, but he does by dribbling the whole defence then making a simple side pass for an open goal :D

i think its strange to talk about DP's replacement and we have Giovinco who is better than this players ........ raineri should decide where will Giovinco play and i think this coppa is a good opportunity for this mission .......

Calling Gio a better player then Lavezzi or G. Rossi is sort of far fetched even in a juve forum as he hasn't proven anything yet exept his potential. In the end I agree that when it comes to DP succesor Gio has the first option.

Giovinco is a bigger talent then Rossi, who is beyond stellar (and he can be ridicolously effective), but having seen them together in the Azzurrini (and thats why I want us to sign him, their partnership is simply magical), I can say for sure even Rossi's nonna would admit to that. That Rossi is ahead of him in his career, is quite obvious though. But doesnt mean alot.

Yeah he hasnt proven himself yet, but it has little do with him NOT being good enough, I mean, he does what he did in that Lecce game, and then is benched for over 1 month without playing zip? It doesnt have much to do with him proving himself or not, its painstackingly clear enough.

Lavezzi's incredible. But I really, really, really want him to stay at Napoli. I don't know why, but I want Napoli to do well. I wouldn't call myself a fan of them, I only support Juventus, but I do like them.

Anyone knows anything about our new target Benedikt Howedes?
young german defender playing for schalke ...

he did not really set lights alight, playing for schalke... if we buy anyone from schalke, then please not some unknown youngster without skill and experience ...

rafinha ok, rakitic if it has to be one, but not höwedes

höwedes has only 17 first league appearances ... before that he played for the third or fourth league in germany

it's weird I have that feeling towards Napoli. They hate us with passion and all, and I don't give a flying fuck about Serie A's quality (that logic, "the stronger Serie A teams, the better for Italian football"). But I like them too, and a lot, and I want them to succeed

It must be their football passion that is attracting us, the way they started to build from zero and very wisely! But I would love to have Lavezzi..
