Funny you should mention that. The Danish NT is one of my favorite teams.

It's make or break time for us again :sigh:
Poulsen is suspended for the game i think, isnt he??is Rommedahl going to start.??.he's been quite impressive for Ajax so far..looks like he's reviving himself after an unsuccessful spell in Charlton.

But the Swedish are too strong i think..they have so much talent in their squad..with Elmander,Willhelmson,Zlatan,Kallstrom,Edman and Isakkson..i have to say i dont think you guys can match them.

We gave them a hard time before that fucking idiot got on the field in København. I think our team is as good as theirs. Ours make up for the "lack" of talent in spirit.

However, when that is said, there's a lot of talking in Denmark about Morten Olsen and wether or not he should resign. That's too bad, I think. Besides, we haven'tmissed out on the EC yet. We just have to win the rest of our games :D

Yes. But Gønkjær isn't the same player as he was a few years back.

Our keeper situation isn't good. Teflon Sørensen and Christiansen aren't that good. We need Schmeichel Jr. to come up big, fast. Our backs are a joke. Central midfield is OK if we have Poulsen, but we don't. The wingers.. Well, we are playing with Rommedahl on the wing :sigh: And then Bendtner and Jon Dahl on top.

Spirit has to take us the whole way. 'Cause talent sure as hell isn't gonna get us there.

Rommedahl is the danish Aaron Lennon:p Daniel Jensen is quite a good player..good passer of the ball and has good vision..what do you think about him??isnt Jorgensen playing??or is he still injured??and whatever happened to Per Kroldrop he was amazing 3 years ago for Udinese..Laursen was pretty good before his injuries as well.

Jensen is good. As you say he is a good distributor. Jørgensen is injured. Krøldrup isn't good. He was a good player once. I don't know what happened. Injuries, propably. Laursen is starting to shake of the injuries and play well, it seems. If he can live up to the talent he once had, it would be great. He was so good in Verona (wasn't it there?) and then it took a bad turn in Milan. Sadly. He might start against Sweden.

WTF is going on?

FC JUVENTUS, 18 million euros fro Gilardino

FC Juventus have offered 18 million euros in order to engage Ac Milan Alberto Gilardino. If negotiations will well end, Palladino could be yielded to Milan.

The fuck do we want Gilardino for? It seems our new management has a thing for splashing out on average Italian strikers.

:agree: Gilardino is crap.

No, Gilardino is :yuck: I would take Inzaghi over Gilardino any day of the week.
Hmmm. I must agree that Gilardino is nothing special at this moment, but when he play for Parma and Italian youth NT, he was amazing.
My first choice is still Hunter, but for the right money I would gamble and take Gilardino. I still think that the right coach can turn him (and also Cassano) into the best striker in the world.

Gilardino will NEVER be the best striker in the world. Not this world anyway.

What exactly is Iaquinta good at then? I've seen him use his pace and strength to good effect outside the box but he produces no end product. His crossing is poor, his decision making is poor, his passing is ok. What makes Iaquinta a good player?

well i dont agree with you in the notion that he isnt a good finisher..i think he's a very good finisher..he's fast and he's strong and he's quite good in the air..and not many teams in the serie a have strikers like him on their bench.

I'd say he's better than Gilardino,Cruz(whom i rate),Vucinic and Miccoli

Are you talking about the same Iaquinta I am? Fast, strong, quite good in the air. I can live with all that, but better than Gilardino, Cruz, Vucinic and Miccoli? No fucking way. All four of them own Iaquinta.

As for him being a good finisher, I guess you didn't see him in pre-season. He was absolutely dreadful in front of goal.

Gilardino was a one season wonder..he had a good season with Parma...and then completely dissapointed after that

What have the rest done tht they are better than Iaquinta..he's been scoring more goals than them every season..Miccoli got his chance at Juve and didnt make the most out of it..lets see what Iaquinta does with his chance.

no i didnt see him in pre season to be honest
