I would not go that far about Hamburg, but being at the maybe, 12th best German club is certainly not an option for a player like Van Der Vaart, neither it is for a future star like Kompany, so they sure want to leave sooner or later.

Gigi is key, thus untransferable, if we want these youngster, people will have to be shipped out.

I'd go for 20m € + Seedorf. We need a mid that can defend AND score some goals. Yeah, he's 31 but he brings luck to the teams he goes too(CL).

After that I'd buy Klose or Huntelaar.
