a marchionni substitute..i donno what we are going to do, the thing is camo and seba are our wings for the next year for sure ( seba can also play as a striker and dc as a wing back). If we would have drenthe and, let's say schweinsteiger there will be a serious competition, but i bet that those last 2 will be for sure in the first 11 base squad. So i think we should get players , but we have to think also about the development of the youth (i forgot about iago here..).

Van der Vaart chocked at Real but I think he'd be good in here.

Anyway,Van der Vaart is AMC and Drenthe is AML so you can't really comapre those 2.

VDV is slower, but more creative and deadly for sure. He was the best player in dutch league when he was there, highest scorer and assisting etc, and similar performance in Germany, a leading player of the league. Drenthe has quick feet, but other then that, uneven comparison I would say.
