Juventus are following Paris Saint Germain pair Guillame Hoarau and Jerome Rothen.

Tuttosport says Juve are keeping tabs on 24 year-old striker Hoarau and 30 year-old midfielder Rothen this season.

Juve had a scout in the stands for last week's clash between PSG and Lyon to make a check on the pair.

Italian giants eye Xavi Tuesday 25 November, 2008

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Barcelona midfield ace Xavi Hernandez is being tipped for a move to Italy after rejecting a contract offer at the Nou Camp.

The Spanish international defensive midfielder is known to be on Juventus and Inter's shopping lists.

And Xavi has increased speculation over his future by fending off Barça's attempts to tie him down to a new deal.

The 28-year-old's current deal expires in 2010 and the club are hoping to extend that agreement until 2013.

However, Xavi is only willing to commit if the Blaugranas add an extra year and increase his salary to around £3.8m.

Serie A giants Juve and Inter are said to be keeping a close eye on the situation, but they may have to battle Premier League outfits Arsenal and Liverpool should they make a move.

No, Juve scouts, no; they should really know better than this, if the article is true. If there's anyone from PSG we want it's gotta be either: Clément Chantôme or the captain Mamadou Sakho.

It won't happen but Xavi is a brilliant player. The only Barca player I can stand really.
