like i said it was the pressure that he may not handle playing for a club like barca, and could prevent him ever fulfilling his potential, or so richardson was stating and they arnt a club willing to wait around, so i wouldnt be surprised if they sold him and put faith in another kid.
Exactly. He started playing for Barca when he was 17 (or 16 can't remember) and the pressure of playing for a big club clearly affected him. Bringing him to Juve isn't the answer IMO, considering our history with youngsters.

Barca chiefs should be shot if they sell Bojan, that kid is a fantastic talent...I blame Guardiola for his lack of progress...he should be playing ahead of Henry IMO
well not sure about playing ahead of henry, henry playing alot better than bojan this season, bojan has been pretty dreadful to say the least.

and that pressure will remain and like i said its all very well being potentially the best, but if you cant build up the mental toughness at an early age then you are more than likely never to make it to the top, and if bojan is clearly low in confidence and even crying on the bench, then i believe moving to a club like juve where turin is quiet and the pressure is far less unlike in madrid or barcelona, and loan him out to a small club i dont think he would be such a bad investment and could work for all parties involved

I agree that pressure is lesser at Juve than in Barca or Real, but what makes you think he would shine here? We have Giovinco (22 yrs old), one of the most talented players in Italy and our own product, and we (our coach) is reluctant to throw him in the starting eleven or play him at all. Bojan at 18 years would be no different IMO, just another youngster wasted and loaned to Serie B clubs and mediocre Serie A clubs.

How's Nasri doing, Fredrick?
Quite good for a guy who just moved to the EPL. My only issue with him, is that he isnt taking any risks and playing it too safe. He was the playmaker in L'OM and a guy who could thread a pass to unlock any defence. He's yet to produce some of that for us.

He's just not there physically though. Sure he's a fantastic talent, but he gets brushed off the ball way too easily for my liking, and he doesnt have the confidence of a Pato or a Fabregas when they were his age.

Well he's been back to training for more than a week, and he's set to play in a reserves friendly in the coming days. Things are looking positive and he may make a comeback at the end of December.

he would shine at juve more than he would at barca because unlike barca we let our youngsters adapt and build up physically and mentally at smaller clubs to build the foundations properly, like i said turin is the perfect surrounding for him in terms of tranquility. its evident that barca is killing bojan's spirit this season and cant see it changing any time soon, clearly from the managerial point of view they arnt reflecting much faith.

Actually Barca is the perfect place for him, look how many academy prospects are playing for the first team now. Messi, Xavi, Iniesta, Puyol, Valdes and now even Busquets and Pedro are and were given their fair chances.

true and thats why they are one of the best players in their positions but they are all mentally tougher than bojan, when they were at his age, and thats why i fear if he stays he will never fulfill his potential because he is evidently not cut out for the club YET. put it this way, do you think fabregas would be the player he is now if he stayed at barca? instead of the playing under the guidance of someone like wenger (not saying ranieri is like wenger) but is fairly well known for developing or at least getting the best out of talents.

p.s messi doesnt really count he was bought from argentina strictly speaking

I completely agree with the bolded part, but what i dont understand is, will it do him any good moving to Turin?? Its harder for a young player to get a chance in Juve imo.

And why doesnt Messi count, he is their youth product, they bought him when he was 12, and he didnt even have a club. So obviously they get the credit for the player he has become.

i wouldnt say its any harder to play for juve as a youngster as it is to play for barca, evidently the new board are keen to exploit our talents more than the triade did anyways. but hey the kid is still 17 i think a year loan out to a smaller club where he can apply to what he already achieved and learnt, and toughen up his mentality which he can do at a smaller club. i believe turin is the perfect big club city for anyone who isnt looking for shops and media attention, e.g ronaldinho and beckham which is where i believe the likes of bojan and even cassano could benefit from, in cassano's case should he want to move to a big club again (no disrespect to sampdoria)

and i said strictly speaking, but thats aside the point.
