Both those players r infact quality players......losing liverani in particular is a big lose to fiorentina IMO......

Me too but he was old for Vioal and Viola obviously is investing in younger players! But I agree liverani was a good player especialy when he was playing for Lazio. I don't know why but left-foot players are always somehow special! you remember their style....

Don`t know Commoto Jovetic Melo and Vargas
but I do know Gilardino

Commoto never heard of him Jovetic I guess he is an average player Melo I guess the same
I heard Vargas is good but Gilardino is not more than average
so their only good buy is Vargas!

They have Sold Ujfalusi who is pretty good, Lierani who is average Potenza who I don`t know Cacia the same goes for him and Vieri who cannot be called a soccer player anymore

so the way I see it
they bought a good Vargas and bunch of average players
and they sold a good Ujfalusi and bunch of average players
it`s like saying Vargas for Ujfalusi

I don`t think that their transfer campaign has been that amazing...

yea I agree, other than Vargas they haven't really set the world on fire with those signings, it will be hard to repalce Ujfalusi and Liverani...those 2 were arguably the leaders of their respective depts. of the team

So just because you haven't heard of a player, he is average? Says more about your football knowledge than the player.

I'd say they could use a proper CB to accompany Gamberini, then they'll look very good.

I think your underrating Cana a bit here, he might not be as good as Sissoko, but he isnt that far away.. one of the best defensive mids in the Ligue and a true leader on the pitch.
