Who is that guy?? why do you hate him

he is/was the head of an serbian private army who did crimes on civil people during war in Kosova [1999].. (I was part of that war too..) he and his paramilitary legions killed children, old men and women and other innocent people.. now he's dead.. someone killed him few years ago in Belgrade..

a strong reason to hate him isn't it?!
